Part-Time Entry Level Junior Graphic Design Specialist

We are looking for a creative and versatile part-time Entry Level Junior Graphic Design Specialist to join our onsite team. This role is perfect for an upcoming graduate who is ready to turn concepts into high-impact visuals across digital and print platforms. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content and digital assets to support mission-critical projects. You'll work closely with senior designers and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging visual narratives.

Adaptable and able to switch between technical layouts and artistic illustrations.

Proactive in learning new tools and staying on top of design trends.

What You'll Do

Design & Production: Create compelling visuals for digital and print using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .

Illustration: Utilize digital drawing tools (example: Krita, FireAlpaca, IbisPaint ) to create custom graphics and assets.

3D Assets: Assist in creating or refining 3D models and renders using Blender .

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.

Create 2D animations and interactive content to enhance presentations and training materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual products.

Collaborate with technical teams to visualize data and complex systems.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a secure environment.

Qualifications

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance. Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a Secret clearance.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Graphic Design with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.

Software Expertise: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Digital Illustration: High proficiency in drawing programs such as Krita, Medibang, or FireAlpaca.

3D Skills: Foundational experience in Blender for modeling or rendering.

Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of the visual trends and technical requirements (sizing, formats) for modern social platforms.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles and creative problem-solving.

Compensation Details:

US: $26.44 Hourly
