Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting HR processes and helping businesses succeed? Our company is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in advancing our people-first culture. You will support the Human Resources department by assisting with employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. This role requires strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks and new hire paperwork.

Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.

Assist with HR reporting and audits.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative support.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
