SALARY: $66,400 - $78,850, bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Influencer Marketing Specialist supports the administrative operations of BeatBox's Influencer Marketing Department. Focused on strategic creator discovery, vetting, product seeding, and campaign coordination, this role reports to the Influencer Marketing Manager and is part of the broader Digital Social team. This specialist brings proven experience in identifying and engaging influencers, with responsibilities that include coordinating logistics, maintaining influencer trackers and platforms, and ensuring strict adherence to internal processes, FTC guidelines, and 21+ compliance requirements.
Additionally, this role supports early influencer initiatives for our newly launched brand, Chillitas. Ideal candidates have some understanding of multicultural marketing and a general familiarity with U.S. Latino/Hispanic influencer trends and culture.
This role is perfect if you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and love discovering new creators. You can pitch talent who embody BeatBox's high-energy vibe, rooted in music, festival culture, and positivity. You're chronically online and fluent in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging creator niches, and viral online trends.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain dynamic target lists of 200-300+ creators, sourcing talent across multiple niches to support festival campaigns, product launches, always-on marketing, and brand experiences for BeatBox and Chillitas.
Assist in sourcing and vetting influencers for campaigns (e.g., new launches, brand collaborations, cultural partnerships), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and 21+ audience requirements.
Support execution of influencer campaigns, including product seeding, shipment coordination, delivery confirmations, and content submissions.
Track creator activity and campaign deliverables across influencer platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Archive), ensuring all content is delivered and uploaded to our internal drives.
Monitor campaign performance and organize key metrics (e.g. Impressions, EMV, reach, engagement) to support reporting and campaign recaps.
Maintain internal influencer trackers with accurate creator details, content links, agreement status, and payment progress.
Manage the influencer payment pipeline and support contract organization, ensuring invoices are tracked and agreements are properly executed and archived.
Develop creator briefs and campaign guidelines and curate creative inspiration to guide content development.
Monitor organic and viral content featuring BeatBox and Chillitas, capturing relevant UGC and tracking emerging opportunities.
Track competitor influencer activity and creator trends, partnering with Digital and Social teams to inform future campaigns and support broader brand initiatives.
Support on-site influencer activations and experiential campaigns with coordination and logistics

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-3 years of experience in paid and/or organic influencer marketing, PR, social media, or experiential campaigns, specifically within the creator and influencer space.
Experience in CPG, beverage, or a highly regulated industry (e.g., alcohol, 21+ compliance) is a massive plus.
Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines and best practices for influencer marketing compliance.
Hands-on experience with influencer CRM platforms (such as CreatorIQ or Archive) and managing large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience supporting multicultural marketing campaigns or a general familiarity with US Latino/Hispanic creator culture, trends, and music.
