My client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a full-service construction management firm that offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success within the life science industry and growth since their inception.

Job Description:

Will be attending meetings with client & contractor

Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force

Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate

Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager

Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and Contractors

Conduct quality & safety inspections

Coordinate site testing and inspection effort

Manage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates

Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports

Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman's meetings

Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $165000.00/yr.

Eligible for Bonus / Commission Health Insurance, dental insurance, short and long term disability, life insurance. 401k Plan (3% contribution) 20 days PTO 6 Paid Holidays Cell phone reimbursement (up to $85 per month)
