Description

Robert Half is seeking a litigation attorney to support a firm on an on-going, part-time basis. This is a contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a variety of litigation-related tasks, including legal research, writing briefs, and preparing discovery documents. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

Draft well-structured legal briefs and memoranda for court proceedings.

Prepare and respond to discovery requests in compliance with legal standards.

Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to assigned cases.

Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the litigation process.

Requirements - Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in the GA Bar.

Proven experience in litigation, including drafting briefs and discovery responses.

Strong legal research and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in legal documentation and case management tools.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
