Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$30 per hour / Monday to Thursday, 8:00 pm to 6:30 am / Contract-to-hire / Overtime as needed on Friday, 8:00 pm to 6:30 am

What's a typical day as an Industrial Maintenance Technician ? You'll be:
Maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
Performing urgent repairs, corrective maintenance, projects, and preventative maintenance on complex machinery.
Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems including power distribution, branch circuits, control components, and PLC programming.
Engaging in root-cause problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine uptime.
Mentoring junior technicians by providing guidance, motivation, and technical direction.
Collaborating across departments to support production and safety goals.
Complying with all safety policies and programs, completing mandatory safety training, and supporting housekeeping (5S) practices.
Handling additional assignments and flexible workweeks, including scheduled overtime on Fridays.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a two-year technical Mechatronics degree is preferred.
Bring at least six years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (building, facility, and automotive maintenance do not apply).
Possess advanced skills in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems, as well as strong competency in PLC, relay logic, and industrial automation components.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, organization, and 5S or housekeeping practices.
Are highly self-motivated, organized, and able to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently under pressure.
Communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Have intermediate computer skills and experience with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Can meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various positions (sitting, standing, kneeling, and reaching).
