Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Procurement Representative to support customer relationships and business development within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers (Japanese and/or English communication as applicable)

Support new business development, including trial calculations for shipping quantities and proto@type products

Assist with pricing discussions for new products and quarterly price adjustments

Prepare and manage quotes, feasibility reviews, and mold/tool documentation

Coordinate project start-ups with internal teams such as Quality, Engineering, and Production Control

Analyze design, material, and process changes to evaluate cost impact

Support negotiations with suppliers for raw materials and outsourced products

Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues to improve customer satisfaction

Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements

Perform other related duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have:

Prior recent experience in purchasing, sourcing, or procurement related function

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment

Will also hire

Anyone who is bilingual in Japanese/English

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Tell City, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $62000.00/yr.

This company offers the below incentives to their employees after 30 days of employment: - 3 weeks PTO - 10 paid holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - 401k with 4% company match - Benefits 80/20 plan. Does include an onsite Wellness center and HSA. Typical $18-30/month for single person, family $44-120/month depending on options.
