We are seeking a highly creative, self-driven Content Producer to bring the Fiocchi, B&P, and Remington Ammunition brands to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role blends travel, photography, videography, and digital content creation, capturing authentic moments from the range, field, competition, and behind the scenes with shooters, hunters, ambassadors, and partners.
The ideal candidate is passionate about shooting sports and the outdoor lifestyle, thrives in dynamic environments, and knows how to create high-impact content that performs across digital platforms while maintaining brand integrity and voice.
This position reports to the Marketing Director and based out of our Ozark office.
What you'll do:
Content Creation & Storytelling
Capture high-quality photo and video content at live events, competitions, hunts, range days, factory visits, and brand activations
Translate brand stories into visually dynamic content that resonates with core and emerging audiences
Produce short- and long-form video content, including social reels, lifestyle features, product storytelling, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage
Ensure all content aligns with each brand's voice, positioning, and visual standards
Travel & On-Location Production
Travel frequently to capture content in real-world environments
Work efficiently in fast-paced, often outdoor conditions while maintaining high production quality
Coordinate on-site with brand ambassadors, athletes, influencers, media partners, and internal teams
Editing & Post-Production
Edit photos and videos for delivery across web, social media, email, digital advertising, and internal use
Optimize content for platform-specific best practices (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, websites, etc.)
Manage file organization, asset tagging, and content archiving
Collaboration & Brand Support
Partner closely with Marketing, Social Media, Product, and Sales teams to support campaigns and launches
Assist with content planning around product releases, seasonal initiatives, and major events
Represent the brands professionally at industry events and in the field
Experience you bring:
2-5+ years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or digital media
Strong portfolio demonstrating lifestyle, action, or outdoor-focused content
Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (where applicable)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including weekends
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Understanding of firearm safety standards and comfort around shooting sports environments
You might have:
Experience working within firearms, ammunition, hunting, shooting sports, or outdoor lifestyle industries
Familiarity with competitive shooting disciplines and hunting culture
Social media content strategy experience or platform analytics knowledge
Work Environment:
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
Pay Range:
$55,200.00 - $77,300.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
