Our client, a dynamic organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to join their team. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be an essential part of the finance department supporting vendor relations and ensuring accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Payable

Location: Brownsville, TX

Pay Range: $15-$17

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

What's the Job?

Utilize Excel to manage and track invoice data efficiently

Apply knowledge of basic accounting principles such as debits, credits, and journal entries

Process invoices accurately and timely to ensure smooth financial operations

Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries

Maintain organized records of all transactions and documentation

Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles

Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse vendors and team members

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

Comfortable engaging with vendors and internal teams professionally
