Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Logistics Manager on a 1-year project contract. This role operates during the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, with hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM. You will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of Sightline ERP as the company undergoes an ERP transition.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional coordination and execution throughout the ERP changeover.

Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and ERP implementation partners.

Work closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

Support process mapping and workflow alignment within the ERP system.

Ensure data accuracy, system readiness, and operational continuity during the transition.

Assist with user adoption, training coordination, and change management.

Identify gaps between current-state processes and future-state ERP functionality.

Essential Skills

Experience with Logistics, Inventory, Supply Chain, Project Management, and ERP systems.

Experience with Sightline ERP is strongly preferred.

Prior involvement in ERP transitions involving IFS is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Logistics Manager.

Degree preferred.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
