As a Security Guard - Unarmed Patrol Rover in Clearwater Beach, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help to deter unwanted activity, and document and report security-related concerns. You will greet guests and staff with professionalism, communicate clearly with hotel teams, and respond to incidents with care and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel and resort areas including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned spaces; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual activity, and report security-related concerns to site management and/or appropriate responders.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including guest disturbances, medical calls, fire alarms, and property damage reports.

Complete security-related reports and logs, document patrol findings and incidents, and communicate updates during shift turnovers using approved systems and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be 21 years of age or older.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
