As a Front Desk Officer in a hotel and resort location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while helping to monitor access, observe activity, and respond to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $17.39 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel location.

Monitor lobby and front desk activity, manage access procedures, and help to deter unauthorized entry or disruptive behavior through a professional presence and attentive observation.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with hotel personnel and/or first responders when needed.

Support visitor and contractor check-in processes, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and document security-related events, incidents, and/or unusual activity in required reports.

Answer questions, provide directions, and assist with front desk related interactions while following post orders and customer service expectations for a hospitality environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
