Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, interact with shoppers and staff, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Guided by a caring culture, teamwork, reliability, and integrity, you will play an important role in a welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to site leadership and/or local authorities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stockroom corridors, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor customer and employee activity, assist with access and closing procedures, and document security-related incidents, hazards, and/or policy concerns according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
