Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager to help lead the design and delivery of generative engine optimization and digital ecosystem transformation programs. This role sits directly below the Managing Director / Partner and will be responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable programs that modernize how our clients prepare, structure, and distribute content and optimize technology to improve AI Search and emerging AI-driven ecosystems.
As customer discovery rapidly shifts from traditional search engines to AI-driven experiences, conversational interfaces, and generative platforms, organizations must rethink how their brands are surfaced, interpreted, and recommended. This GEO Leader will play a critical role in helping clients navigate this transformation by leading key workstreams across generative search optimization, content and entity strategy, technical SEO alignment, and AI visibility measurement.
You will lead cross-functional efforts spanning SEO, content, PR, analytics, and development to drive scalable improvements in how brands appear within LLM-powered environments such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in organic search, technical optimization, and content strategy with a strong understanding of how AI systems evaluate, cite, and recommend information. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to improve brand authority, increase share of voice in generative results, and establish repeatable frameworks for optimizing performance in an evolving AI-first discovery landscape.

Build and execute GEO roadmaps aligned to brand and business goals, including short-term wins and long-term authority building
Develop repeatable testing frameworks to evaluate what impacts LLM visibility, citations, and brand inclusion
Optimization & Implementation
Identify and implement opportunities to improve AI discoverability through:
Structured content improvements (clarity, depth, formatting, FAQs)
Technical SEO alignment (crawlability, indexing, internal linking, canonicals)
Schema/structured data recommendations where applicable
Entity optimization (brand/people/products/topic alignment)
Collaborate with content strategists and writers to create LLM-friendly, citation-worthy content
Audit client sites and digital ecosystems to uncover gaps impacting generative performance
Reporting, Insights & Measurement
Track and report on GEO success metrics such as:
LLM citations and brand mention frequency
Share of voice in generative results
Prompt/query visibility coverage
Sentiment and recommendation trends
Translate findings into actionable insights for clients and internal teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with SEO, PR, content, analytics, and development teams to align GEO efforts across channels
