As an unarmed patrol officer at a cutting-edge aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and deliver helpful customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and established security-related procedures, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, launch support areas, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards for correction.

Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, managing visitor processing, and documenting deliveries and contractor activity per site requirements.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and local responders as directed.

Complete detailed reports on patrols, incidents, and shift activities, including accurate log entries and timely communication of security-related information to supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2+ years of security-related experience.

Have at least 6 months+ armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

Be at least 21+ years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
