What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
Control access at vehicle and/or pedestrian entry points by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, managing visitor registration, and verifying authorization for deliveries and contractors.
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, document routine and unusual activity, and report maintenance and/or operational issues affecting security-related systems.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with incident documentation and notifications per site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
