As a Security Officer Clearance Required Driver in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver clear communication and customer service while supporting a caring, people-first culture. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Control entry and exit points by checking identification and authorizations, processing visitor access, issuing temporary badges when directed, and coordinating required escorts.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services and completing required notifications.

Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points, reporting unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or hazardous conditions per post orders.

Complete detailed reports and logs for patrols, access control activity, incidents, and other security-related events, using required systems and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.

Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.

Be at least 21+ years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Handcuffing certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
