Ideal candidate:
2-year recent supervisor background
Cashing handling skills and proficiency with computer systems.
Previous Spa experience.
Shift Pattern: Varied AM PM. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.
Pay Rate: $31.00
What will I be doing:
A Spa Supervisor provides support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Participate in marketing, merchandising, and programming.
Conducting inventory.
Recording and tracking financial statistics.
Management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.
Perform duties of staff positions as needed.
