The team is looking for their next Human Resources Coordinator (Temporary) to join their amazing Human Resources team!
The hourly pay rate for this role is: $24.00 - 25.00 per hour
Schedule Pattern: Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
At least one year of clerical/administrative experience required.
One-year previous experience in a customer service role is a plus!
What will I be doing?
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources department in a positive and friendly manner. Duties include, but not limited to:
Answering phones & employee inquiries.
Accurate data entry of information into HR Systems.
Assist in the administration of the recruitment process for all new hire and termination paperwork for team members.
Operates office machines including but not limited to copier, fax machine, label maker and nametag machine.
Prepare all necessary documents to ensure new hire folders are complete and accurate.
Schedule and prepare new team members for New Hire Orientation.
Other duties assigned by HR Director.
