Pay Rate: $27/hour

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

What's a typical day as Coordinator, Supply Planning - Skilled? You'll be:

Logging and tracking robotic components received from vendors to ensure proper system processing.

Verifying and reconciling stock locations and ERP status, including escalating discrepancies as needed.

Raising accurate consumption sales orders from Salesforce into ERP, ensuring complete transaction details.

Returning serviced units to inventory after inspection and workflow validation.

Reconciling physical inventory counts against ERP balances and escalating mismatches for resolution.

Conducting first-level control checks across ERP/Salesforce to uphold data integrity and compliance.

Maintaining accurate part status, locations, and transactions for financial accuracy and clear supply planning.

Pulling, compiling, and submitting scheduled reports on stock levels, consumption activity, and back orders for leadership review and operational planning.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, service operations, or inventory control (required).

Possess a strong understanding of service supply planning triggers such as consumption, return to stock, and repair loop inventory.

Are skilled at working with cross-functional partners in Quality, Warehouse, and Customer Service environments.

Have proficiency in using SAP/ERP systems and intermediate skills in Excel.

Are detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced operational settings.
