Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role will focus on supporting key HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll validation, and compensation benchmarking. Based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, this position offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic team during a busy hiring period.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition

Manage offboarding procedures, including documentation and compliance requirements.

Utilize HRIS to handle HR tasks and maintain accurate employee data.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities within HRIS database

Validate payroll data to ensure accuracy, contributing to payroll coordination efforts.

Collaborate with the benefits team to address payroll-related inquiries (no direct payroll processing required).

Assist with compensation benchmarking and review market data to support decision-making.

Maintain organized and detailed records to ensure compliance with HR standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Proven expertise in onboarding and offboarding processes.

Proficiency in using HRIS systems

Familiarity with SuccessFactors is preferred.

Experience in payroll validation processes (not full-cycle payroll).

Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and market data analysis is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
