This role serves as the Senior Manager of Product Owners for the IAM Architecture & Product group and provides leadership across a portfolio of authentication, authorization, credential lifecycle, privileged access, and identity governance services that protect Wells Fargo customers, employees, and partners.
This leader will drive the modernization and transformation of IAM products, ensuring alignment to Zero Trust principles, enterprise security standards, regulatory expectations, and business-driven outcomes. The role partners deeply with Engineering, Architecture, Technology, Risk, and Cyber Defense teams to deliver secure, scalable, and frictionless identity solutions across the enterprise.
In this role, you will:
Develop and own the multi-year IAM product strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise Cybersecurity priorities and technology modernization programs.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Owners responsible for delivering IAM capabilities through agile methodologies and program execution.
Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of IAM products, including vision, business cases, prioritization, requirements, success metrics, and value realization
Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
Ensure IAM products meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements, including audit readiness and control effectiveness.
Define clear product KPIs and OKRs; measure and report progress against roadmap commitments and security outcomes.
Influence enterprise adoption of modern identity standards and technologies such as Zero Trust, passwordless authentication, identity federation, adaptive access, and least-privilege models
Foster strong partnerships with internal consumers of IAM services, ensuring products meet business needs, reduce friction, and enhance user experience.
Champion a culture of engineering excellence, operational reliability, and high-quality product delivery across IAM teams
Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, technology product management, engineering leadership, or a combination of the above
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing or leading product teams, including direct management of Product Owners or Product Managers
Experience with large-scale modernization initiatives or transformation programs in Cybersecurity or IAM
Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, passwordless approaches, adaptive access controls, and modern identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2)
Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and delivery
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or Cloud IAM certifications (Azure AD, AWS IAM, etc.)
Demonstrated success defining and delivering complex technology products at scale within large, regulated environments
Experience working with IAM technologies such as authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access, directory services, certificates, or federation
Strong leadership, communication, and influence skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
Proven experience working in agile delivery environments and driving product lifecycle processes

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
