Job Title: Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a Cleanroom Assembly Technician where you will play a crucial role in assembling intricate medical devices designed to prevent aneurysms. Your primary task will involve working meticulously under a microscope using small hand tools to assemble components like coiling wire and small tubing.

Responsibilities

Work with a microscope for extended periods.

Use small hand tools to assemble small pieces.

Perform cleanroom assembly for catheters.

Work on the Pilot line lab initially and transition to the CER.

Execute GDP review and manage ERP system for work orders.

Conduct cycle counts of inventory in the cleanroom.

Essential Skills

Ability to work under a microscope for long durations.

Proficiency in using small hand tools.

Capability to work long hours in a cleanroom environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Entry Level: No prior experience required; training provided.

Experience with medical devices, particularly catheters, is preferred.

Skills in coil handling, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment are advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment is a cleanroom setting, requiring full gown attire. The management is supportive and allows open communication, fostering positive relationships as long as quality work is maintained. The role typically involves working 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with average weekly hours ranging from 40 to 50.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
