Description
Under the direction of the Department Manager, the Clinical Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor provides an optimal practice environment for the care of patients. Expertly uses the nursing process to oversee care for patients on a particular unit and participates in patient care as needed. Plans, organizes, controls and coordinates the department activities for a shift ensuring high quality patient care and efficient, cost effective service.

This position will support Vascular Access and CVSU.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Internal Nursing Supervisors must have an Associate degree in nursing. Will obtain a bachelor's degree in nursing within 2 years from date of transfer.
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Required in area of practice or related field. If no certification at hire or time of transfer, you will have 6 months after you are eligible for exam to attain and must maintain.
2 years of recent experience in an acute hospital setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing.
Leadership experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
