Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator (HubSpot) to join their team!

You will provide operational and administrative support to the marketing team by executing campaigns in marketing systems, coordinating marketing assets and events, and supporting reporting, research, and internal processes.

Responsibilities:\ -Execute marketing campaigns in marketing automation platforms following direction from the Growth Marketing Manager or Marketing Director in HubSpot: set up email campaigns in HubSpot (formatting, scheduling, segmentation provided by the team), build and update landing pages and forms, upload CTAs, banners, and campaign assets, set up basic marketing workflows following predefined instructions, ensure UTM tracking and campaign tagging are applied, perform quality assurance checks before campaign launches, maintain campaign records and naming conventions in HubSpot, ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.\ -Maintain and organize marketing materials used by marketing and sales teams: maintain the marketing collateral library (brochures, case studies, presentations, product sheets), ensure files are properly organized in Egnyte, SharePoint, or other repositories, coordinate updates when materials require revisions, track versions and ensure teams access the most current assets, upload assets to the website, CMS, or sales platforms as needed.\ -Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and webinars: coordinate with booth vendors and event organizers, support booth design coordination with external designers, track event deliverables and deadlines, and manage shipment of booth materials and printed collateral. build event landing pages and registration forms, schedule marketing emails, etc.\ -Provide operational support to the Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Marketing Director: prepare monthly marketing reports and dashboards using provided data, assist with presentation and meeting slide preparation, maintain internal documentation and project files, track vendor invoices and marketing expenses, and support time sheet tracking or project hours reporting if needed.\ -Support internal team organization and communication.\ -Assist the marketing team with research required for reports, presentations, and planning.

Qualifications:\ -Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience\ -HubSpot experience required\ -Must be highly organized, professional, and polished\ -Can work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines\ -Strong asset management knowledge\ -Strong event and project management skills required
