Oversee and coordinate daily worksite activities of field workers, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company safety standards. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize worksite safety, workflow efficiency, and resource allocation. Coordinate worksite activities with other project activities of different departments to ensure seamless execution of projects. Inspect work progress, equipment, or construction sites to verify safety or to ensure that specifications are met. Analyze worker or production problems to identify operational issues and recommend solutions to resolve them. Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities. Act as point of contact between field teams, project managers, and clients to ensure worker safety. Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements and conduct site inspections to verify quality/safety/regulatory compliance. Record information, such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports. Manage documentation, permits and compliance reports for field operations. Address client concerns and ensure their expectations align with project deliverables. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive, post baccalaureate mechanical /electrical engineering experience. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: The position requires experience in: (a) Maintaining and repairing machinery/equipment; (b) Implementing safety and quality assurance systems; (c) Reviewing quality management systems and protocols; and (d) Planning and executing major project activities.
