As a Security Account Manager, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the security team of an assigned account. Your routine duties will include personnel management, client relations, training and development, payroll, scheduling, and problem-solving. You will have clearly outlined expectations to meet and exceed both operationally and financially.

Site Location: Mebane, NC

Set schedule: 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday

Competitive hourly wage of 50,000 Annually (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Security Account Manager

Supervise the day-to-day service provided to the client and ensure service is of the highest standard.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with the assigned client and their employees, and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff.

Meet regularly with the client to address problems, provide status updates, communicate needs, and ensure satisfaction.

Participate in the selection, orientation, training, and continual development of security staff assigned to the account.

Ensure 100% payroll and billing accuracy.

Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in assigned accounts.

Respond quickly to critical situations, including emergencies that fall outside of business hours.

Provide written and verbal reports to both the client and GardaWorld leadership, as needed.

Knowledgeably enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Security Account Manager

MUST have an active Unarmed or Armed NC PPSB Security License

MUST have a state active valid drivers license

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
