The Senior Director, Analyst Relations & Public Relations will play a central role in bringing this narrative to market. This leader will translate Deltek's platform strategy into clear, compelling engagement across analysts and media-ensuring our story is consistently understood, credibly represented, and influential.
Key Responsibilities
External Narrative & Storytelling
Drive Deltek's external narrative across analyst relations, public relations, and content. Partner with Brand and Content teams to activate core narratives through media, storytelling, and thought leadership, while maintaining clarity and consistency across earned and analyst channels.
Analyst Relations
Own Deltek's global analyst relations program end-to-end. Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and executive leadership to develop compelling analyst positioning. Coordinate participation in analyst evaluations and reports to strengthen visibility and differentiation. Translate analyst insights into actionable messaging that informs PR and go-to-market strategies, and engage directly with analysts as a credible Deltek representative.
Public Relations, Thought Leadership & Earned Media
Drive a cohesive external narrative across media in close partnership with the PR Director. Shape differentiated stories that position Deltek as a leader in an emerging technological wave, translating innovation into clear, relevant media narratives. Apply an enterprise software perspective to elevate media engagement and thought leadership.
AI, SEO & Performance Marketing Alignment
Partner with Performance and Content Marketing to ensure analyst content, earned media, and bylines are optimized for AI-powered search and large language model discoverability. Help shape content structure and distribution to improve visibility, citation, and inclusion in AI-generated outputs, while aligning AR and PR efforts to long-term demand generation goals.
Team & Agency Leadership
Lead and support the team with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and execution. Empower the PR Director while providing guidance on narrative, positioning, and priorities. Foster cross-functional collaboration across Content, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing, and help build scalable ways of working for a multi-solution technology organization.
Measurement & Optimization
Define and track KPIs across analyst relations, PR, and AI/search-driven visibility. Regularly report insights and recommendations to the Head of Corporate Marketing, CMO, and executive stakeholders, optimizing strategies based on data, market dynamics, and advances in AI and search.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Marketing, this role will lead analyst relations end-to-end and oversee public relations through direct management of the PR Director. Together, they will operate as a unified external communications function to strengthen Deltek's market authority, visibility, and trust.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate strategically and executionally-engaging top-tier analysts, shaping executive narratives, and guiding high-impact media opportunities-while aligning closely with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and senior leadership.
Work Location:US (Remote) Qualifications:
10-12 years of progressive experience in analyst relations, public relations, corporate communications, or related fields, ideally within B2B technology.
Demonstrated ability to translate company strategy and complex technology into compelling media and analyst narratives.
Experience working effectively in cross-functional, matrixed organizations and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Excellent writing, editorial judgment, and storytelling skills.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
Curiosity and adaptability, with a strong interest in evolving technologies, including AI, and how they impact communications and marketing.

This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
