JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative (CSR) Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual with strong computer skills who is eager to grow in a sales-focused role within a fast-paced print environment. This position will begin with a combination of: Working in our Marshfield office, assisting customers and completing jobs in a copy shop-style atmosphere Training in our Spencer location, where you will learn Quik Print\'s full range of products, services, and how we serve our customers This role is built around driving sales, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities, with marketing as a tool to support that growth. Core Responsibilities Sales & Customer Development (Primary Focus) Greet and assist walk-in customers with a sales-driven mindset Actively identify customer needs and recommend the best print and signage solutions Prepare quotes quickly and follow up to close sales and win repeat business Proactively reach out to past customers and leads to generate new orders Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and repeat clients Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities on every order Take ownership of customer accounts and help grow their long-term value Customer Service & Order Management Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Accurately enter and manage orders in internal systems Coordinate jobs from intake through production and completion Ensure jobs are completed correctly, on time, and meet quality standards Production & Shop Support Operate copy shop equipment (copiers, printers, cutters, laminators) Assist in completing customer jobs in a hands-on, copy shop environment Maintain organization and workflow efficiency in the front office Design & Computer Work Utilize computer systems for order entry, file management, and communication Perform basic layout or file adjustments (training provided if needed) Review customer files for print readiness and troubleshoot issues Marketing Support (Sales-Driven) Assist with social media and email campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales Help create in-store promotions, flyers, and customer-facing materials Identify marketing opportunities based on customer interactions and sales trends Support outreach efforts to generate new business and repeat orders Training & Product Knowledge Development Learn Quik Print\'s full range of products and services Understand materials, production methods, and pricing Develop the ability to confidently recommend solutions that solve customer problems and close sales What We\'re Looking For Highly motivated and sales-driven with a strong work ethic Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers Ability to identify opportunities and turn conversations into sales Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Growth Opportunity This role is designed for someone who wants to grow into a key sales role, with the opportunity to expand into account management, business development, and increased responsibility in driving revenue. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital files, software systems, and order entry platforms Proven ability or natural inclination toward sales and customer interaction Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email) Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple jobs at once Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, copy shop-style environment Basic problem-solving skills, especially when reviewing customer files or job requirementsAbility to follow through on tasks and close out customer orders completely and accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as part of daily job responsibilities ** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: sales@quikprintllc.com
