Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Garden City, New York. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining organizational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for someone with excellent administrative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and managers.

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings to ensure efficient time management.

Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond promptly.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials with accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate office activities and supplies to maintain a productive work environment.

Assist with data entry, tracking, and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions.

Monitor and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and organizational goals.

Requirements - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with office equipment and administrative tools.
