Kelly® is looking for an Administrative Assistant I (4-6 Week Project)!

Location: Chester, PA 19013

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Start Date: April 6th

Estimated Project Length: 4-6 weeks (approx. 1½ months)

Work Hours: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (flexible)

Dress Code: Casual (jeans are okay)

Work Setting: On-site only (not remote)

About the Role:

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant I to support a special document digitization project. Join us at a leading client site and assist in organizing and securing confidential personnel files.

First Day:

Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on your first day due to handling confidential information.

Job Responsibilities:

Scan and review documents using a computer.

Follow file retention rules and guidelines.

Use Nitro (homegrown HRIS system); HRIS experience is a plus.

Digitize and organize approximately 1,500 personal files contained in 13 large boxes.

Determine if files should be retained or shredded per File Retention Guidelines.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
