Supply Chain Support
Help track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and inventory levels.
Collect and analyze data for supplier scorecards and risk assessments.
Support documentation and reporting for procurement and logistics activities.
Monitor and document compliance with quality standards.
Support corrective action tracking.
Project Management Support
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Prepare project dashboards, status updates, and meeting notes.
Help coordinate cross-functional teams and follow up on action items.
General Administrative & Analytical Support
Develop presentations, reports, and visuals for leadership updates.
Maintain project and process documentation.
Conduct research to benchmark best practices and support decision-making.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps.
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Quality Management, or related field .
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ; knowledge of project management or data analysis tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
