Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-focused Electrical Assembler to join our production team in Palmetto, FL. In this role, you will assemble, wire, and test electrical components and subassemblies used in commercial and industrial equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions accurately, and thrives in a steady, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Assemble electrical components, wiring, harnesses, and subassemblies using blueprints, schematics, and written work instructions.

Perform tasks such as soldering, crimping, wire routing, and cable harness fabrication.

Use hand tools, power tools, crimpers, soldering irons, and measurement equipment to complete and inspect assemblies.

Review completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.

Identify and help resolve assembly or quality-related issues.

Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and labels.

Keep work areas clean and organized while adhering to all safety and 5S/Lean practices.

Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and engineering staff to meet production goals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmetto, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
