Manufacturing Operator - Now Hiring

Kelly Services Professional & Industrial is hiring Manufacturing Operators to support Ethicon , a Johnson & Johnson company, in Cornelia, Georgia .

Shifts & Pay

2nd Shift

12-Hour Rotating Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.50/hour

Bonuses & Incentives

$500 Sign-On Bonus (paid at 30 days)

$250 Retention Bonus (paid at 60 days)

$250 Retention Bonus (paid at 90 days)

$2,000 Conversion Bonus

Conversion and sign-on bonuses are paid directly by Johnson & Johnson.

Key Responsibilities

Operate equipment used in manufacturing and assembly processes

Set up, run, monitor, clean, and shut down machines

Inspect parts and manage product disposition

Load and unload ovens; prepare chemical baths

Use computers for documentation and recordkeeping

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift 25-45 lbs as needed
