Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As an Information Technology Specialist, you will use your knowledge of and experience with Administration for Children and Families (ACF) to optimize business results and customer experience by: Analyzes qualitative and quantitative information to assess IT project performance, customer requirements, and service delivery outcomes, and uses findings to support planning and improvement efforts. Analyzes technical, operational, and cost information to support IT planning activities, project execution, and informed decision-making related to IT services and solutions. Evaluates stakeholder input, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve IT services and customer experience. Develops analytical findings and prepares written products to support the development or revision of IT policies, procedures, or service delivery standards. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing at least ALL of the following: 1.
