As a Starbucks senior marketing manager, you will lead the development of marketing campaigns and strategies supporting licensed coffeehouses strategic and market segments to enable licensees to achieve their growth and sales targets. You will collaborate with a broad group of cross-functional partners, external licensee contacts, and senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies, uniquely tailored to the numerous business environments in which we operate. As a senior manager, marketing , you will...
· Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including driving strategic marketing initiatives and brand-building moments, across licensee segments encompassing travel, gaming, military, hospitality, healthcare, and college & university
· Work with cross-functional partners and external licensees to oversee segment-specific marketing planning and alignment on key priorities; must be able to thrive in dynamic environments and drive campaigns from ideation to execution
· Derive marketing strategies from business and consumer insights and drive net-new projects and initiatives forward, bringing stakeholders along with the ability to navigate and influence laterally and cross-functionally
· Partner with partnership and experiential marketing teams to activate cultural moments within segments, owning activation development, licensee communication, execution, and measurement; develop frameworks to scale best-in-class activations across segments and refine processes
We'd love to hear from people with:
· Progressive experience in marketing, advertising or brand management - 7+ years; extensive experience developing, planning, and executing integrated marketing programs, with a strong foundation in communications planning and brand management
· Experience leading major activations, tentpole events, or integrated experiential campaigns
· Project management experience - 3+ years; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Proven ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions and take a new perspective on existing solutions, consulting background a plus
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.; MBA Preferred

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
