As a Starbucks senior marketing manager on the the Licensed Coffeehouses seasonal marketing team, you will lead the development and execution of customer-centric, integrated marketing plans and in-store campaigns for nearly 7,000 Starbucks Licensed Coffeehouses. This role is responsible for driving key seasonal initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams, while strategically influencing corporate communications and coffeehouse enablement to ensure compelling storytelling and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will evaluate creative work against strategic objectives, manage promotional strategies and timelines with exceptional attention to detail, and synthesize insights to shape clear narratives for cross-functional partners and licensees.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and a highly skilled planner, consistently ensuring flawless execution. A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience leading marketing programs or campaigns is required, with proven project management expertise in promotional marketing, product management, or brand management.

· Seamlessly execute our seasonal promotional plans from kickoff to execution - including detailed oversight and maintenance of internal documents, evaluate creative against strategy, adhere to timelines, proactively resolve issues, and appropriately engage key stakeholders in planning and progress updates. Must thrive in dynamic environments, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented mindset while navigating change.
· Lead development of creative briefs, marketing tools for licensees, corporate communications, leadership presentations and business recaps - leveraging relevant business, customer and partner insights to deepen storytelling and engagement.
· Regularly represent the Licensed Coffeehouse business, customer, and licensee perspective in cross-functional forums. Must be flexible, yet assertive with an ability to influence and motivate groups and appropriately engage key stakeholders in planning and progress updates.ffeehouse business, customer, and licensee perspective in cross-functional forums. We'd love to hear from people with:
· Progressive experience in marketing, advertising or brand management - 7+ years; extensive experience developing, planning, and executing integrated marketing programs, with a strong foundation in communications planning and brand management
· Project management experience - 3+ years; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Strategic planning experience within the marketing function in a large-scale corporate or agency environment; with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience leading cross-functional teams
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C.; MBA Preferred

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
