Kelly is hiring an Entry-Level or Experienced Heat Treat Operators on behalf of a recognized worldwide leader in heat-treatment and material science services. Our client offers the chance to work on advanced industrial processes supporting automotive, energy, and engineering sectors.

Entry-Level $16.00 Per Hour

Experienced Heat Treat Operator $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour

1st Shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Rotating Shifts - Work 2 Days. Enjoy 3 Days Off. Every Week!

Responsibilities:

Assist with or independently operate, control, and monitor heat treating equipment per written procedures.

Prepare work for processing; load/unload furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets.

Ensure all customer inventory is handled carefully and responsibly.

Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety protocols.

Report any unusual problems or irregularities to supervisor.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous heat treatment experience preferred but NOT required

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work overtime, any shift, including weekends

Able to obtain and maintain forklift certification

Proficient reading, writing, and communication skills in English

Physical & Mental Demands

Ability to stand for extended periods in an industrial setting

Bend, pull, stoop, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs.

Tolerance for heat, noise, humidity, and typical industrial conditions

Effective oral and written communication skills

Sufficient visual and auditory acuity for tasks
