Pay Rate :
$94,880 - $118,600
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
Design Analytics Infrastructure
Architect scalable data models integrating multiple operational data sources.
Develop automated data pipelines and reusable analytics frameworks that improve reporting efficiency and data reliability.
Maintain and continuously improve existing analytics solutions to ensure scalability and accuracy.
Enable Operational Decision-Making
Translate complex datasets into actionable operational insights that support cost reduction, service reliability, and network optimization.
Partner with plant leadership, transportation teams, and supply chain stakeholders to validate findings and implement improvements.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact supply chain performance.
Drive Supply Chain Performance Visibility
Lead development of supply chain performance scorecards and KPI frameworks used in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and executive reporting.
Design executive-ready dashboards that clearly communicate performance trends and operational insights.
Ensure reporting outputs support both strategic leadership reviews and day-to-day operational management.
Champion Data Governance & Adoption
Improve data transparency and credibility across decentralized operational data environments.
Build confidence in analytics outputs by clearly communicating/documenting assumptions, methodology, and insights.
Support the broader organization in improving data literacy and adoption of analytics-driven decision-making.
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
5-7 years of experience developing business intelligence or analytics solutions in operational environments
Advanced experience with:
Power BI
DAX
Power Query (M)
Data Architecture
Experience integrating and transforming large, multi-source datasets
Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple analytics initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using SQL/Python for data extraction and transformation
Experience with workflow automation tools such as Alteryx/Dataflow Gen2
Exposure to distribution systems (e.g., Witron)
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification
Experience working with highly complex transactional data sets
