Supply Chain Manager

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager. This role is based out of South Milwaukee, WI.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

Managing materials flow and transactions inventory to support the plant's operations by deploying lean material flow.

Administer Indirect and MRO purchasing function according to policies and practices determined by Eaton standards.

Generate short-term production scheduling aligned the plan defined by the Network

Monitor execution of production schedule defined by the Network ( schedule labor on factory floor, monitor execution of the production plan)

Escalate material availability to the COE and Network teams

Drive forecast attainment aligned with the MPS resulted from the SIOP plan

Execute shipment schedule aligned with the customer priority dates aligned with the network and customer service team.

Champion and deploy continuous improvement leveraging tools such as internal assessments ( MMA,OPA), visual management, standard work and value stream mapping

Maintain target inventory levels and meeting OTD goals for both internal and external customers and overall freight targets (including premium freight) aligned with the plan defined by the network

Responsible for plant owned data health activities including but not limited to routings and WMS system, MRO, shipping and receiving, part movements, production scheduling

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited institution

Minimum five (5) years' combined experience in Materials, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a manufacturing environment

Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in supporting cross-functional SIOP and Inventory management processes

Technical knowledge of forecasting techniques, bill of material structuring and scheduling execution

ERP knowledge preferably by current business systems

In-depth knowledge of plant manufacturing processes and value streams from raw materials to finished product - APICS CPIM Certification is desirable

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to motivate team members to drive for results
