Job Description:Job Title: Trust and Securities Services - Strategy & Change LeadCorporate Title: Vice PresidentLocation: New York OverviewAs the Trust and Securities Services (TSS) lead for strategy and change you will partner with our global businesses to help define, articulate and track our strategy. You will support the management of our portfolio of businesses in developing and executing their strategy as well as helping drive both ad-hoc and strategic change initiatives. You will have extensive exposure to senior management and visibility across a global business portfolio. You'll interact with stakeholders across the world both across our businesses and the wider Corporate Bank and DB group You'll support and influence senior management of these businesses You'll manage virtual teams to execute on strategic and ad hoc tasks Skills You'll Need Extensive experience in financial services, management consultancy or change execution Understanding of financial services industry Excellent communication and presentation skills Educated to Bachelor's degree level or beyond Skills That Will Help You Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with senior leadership / management Understanding of handling confidential / sensitive information Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of strategic frameworks and tools (e.g. SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard) Understanding of Trust and Agency Services and Securities Services Strategic develop or change execution experience Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with senior leadership / management Understanding of handling confidential / sensitive information Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of strategic frameworks and tools (e.g. SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard) Understanding of Trust and Agency Services and Securities Services Strategic develop or change execution experience Self-starter with the ability to work independently Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.
