Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will contribute to the success of our digital marketing efforts by executing social media strategies, managing platforms, and analyzing performance metrics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in digital marketing tools, and passionate about driving results.

Responsibilities:

Create and schedule social media posts across multiple brand channels, ensuring alignment with established brand voice guidelines.

Write engaging captions and utilize provided image libraries or prompts to enhance social media content.

Set up and manage basic paid advertisements, including geo-targeted campaigns, to maximize audience reach.

Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Optimize marketing strategies based on data insights to enhance overall effectiveness.

Maintain and update menus across catering platforms, third-party sites, and internal systems.

Manage Google Business Profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Perform basic updates on WordPress websites, including content edits, pop-up creation, and landing page adjustments.

Configure OpenTable experiences for select locations to improve customer engagement.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency across digital platforms. Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on execution-based roles.

Proficiency in social media management, including posting and setting up paid advertisements.

Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to create performance reports.

Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword analysis, and optimization techniques.

Basic skills in WordPress for minor webpage edits and updates.

Experience working with platforms such as Toast, Aloha, or similar systems.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
