Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lee, New Hampshire. This is a Contract to permanent position where you will play a vital role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth handling of shipping documentation, including international shipments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general office organization.

Prepare and process shipping documentation, including paperwork for international shipments.

Answer and direct inbound calls professionally, ensuring excellent communication.

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing systems are in place.

Coordinate with shipping partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Provide receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

Monitor and update shipping schedules to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Assist in resolving issues related to international shipping procedures.

Support other administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, including data entry and receptionist tasks.

Familiarity with preparing and managing shipping documentation, especially for international shipments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of international shipping processes is highly preferred.
