Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Woodland Hills, California. This role involves supporting customers through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. As a member of our customer service team, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. This is a long-term contract position offering stability and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using order entry systems.

Handle email correspondence with customers and respond to online chats from customer inquiries.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.

Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experiences and streamline processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions.

Assist customers in navigating company services and products, providing clear and concise information.

Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements.

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry trends to better serve customers.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Familiarity with order entry systems and the ability to process transactions accurately.

Demonstrated ability to manage customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.

Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping.

Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
