Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Trade/Sales Assistant to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and have a keen interest in learning about the financial services industry. In this role, you will support critical processes, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and management within Microsoft Excel to support daily tasks and project requirements.

Monitor financial transactions to ensure funds are allocated correctly and promptly.

Generate and review daily and weekly reports to verify accuracy and compliance.

Provide administrative assistance to support the team's operational needs.

Answer inbound calls and address inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Assist in processing account transactions and monitoring cash activities.

Contribute to buying processes and other trade-related activities.

Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage client information and interactions.

Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals. Requirements - Proven experience in an office or administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing.

Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle financial transactions and monitor cash activities accurately.

Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls and inquiries.

Interest in or willingness to learn about the financial services industry.

Capability to produce and analyze reports for verification purposes.
