Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as an Account Technician:

Assist with processing invoices, payments, and expense reports

Maintain and update financial records and spreadsheets

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries

Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking

Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing issues

File and organize financial documents for audits and compliance

Provide administrative support to the accounting department

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) or related field of Accounting

Experience: Two to four years of accounting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience or training may be considered

Computer Skills - The individual should have in-depth knowledge and experience in accounting software, Internet, payroll systems, spreadsheet software. The employee must be sufficiently computer literate to learn agency fund accounting software within ninety days of employment

Individuals must have a working knowledge of modern accounting practices and principles and proficient in a variety of specialized financial software programs. The ability to get along well with a wide variety of people is essential to success in this position
