CTL|Thompson, Inc. is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant for full-time employment with our Fort Collins, CO office. The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Administrative Assistants are paid between $20.00 and $35.00 per hour. Our offer will be based upon the individual's experience and qualifications. Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.

Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.

Schedules inspections via phone call, email, or scheduling systems (ie: supplypro)

Maintains filing systems as assigned.

Receives, organizes and files mail and packages.

Prepares proposals and creates project set ups as assigned.

Formats and finalize reports for clients.

Facilitates and maintains communication between the clients and project managers.

Coordinates meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.

Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and CTL|T's software.

Ability to @type at least 60 words per minute.

Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems.

Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

At least three years of administrative and clerical experience preferred

Work Environment:

This job operates in an office setting, regular work on computers.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Able to travel as needed.

Any offer of employment will be contingent upon:

Verification of your right to work in the United States, as demonstrated by your completion of the I-9 form upon hire and your submission of acceptable documentation (as noted on the I-9 form) verifying your identity and work authorization within three days of starting employment.

Satisfactory completion of a drug test from a laboratory certified by Colorado and chosen (and paid for) by CTL|Thompson, Inc. The laboratory will collect and test the drug test samples, for which the required notice will be included with any employment offer and for which the required consent forms will be provided by the laboratory.
