Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Worcester, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide essential support to daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing various administrative tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to callers.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings effectively.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.

Organize and support event planning activities as needed.

Maintain a well-organized office environment by managing supplies and documentation.

Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other necessary documents.

Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Address administrative office needs promptly to ensure operational continuity.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a detail-oriented approach.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software tools.

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.

Experience with calendar management and scheduling.

Comfortable performing receptionist duties and interacting with visitors.
