Project Engineer, Digital Manufacturing

This position is crucial for advancing our digital manufacturing initiatives, particularly in integrating MES/SCADA systems and developing automated data solutions. In this role, you will enhance the Industry 4.0 and WCM strategies. The focus will be on strengthening process stability, minimizing variability, and improving real-time visibility across our Worcester facility and other abrasives sites in North America.

Your day-to-day:

Facilitate change by clarifying new procedures and assisting system users

Develop and deliver training programs for internal audiences

Integrate SAP/QAD, Kepware/OPC-UA, historians, and Power BI data pipelines .

Digitize WCM standards and build operator-facing tools

Manage multiple projects across multiple sites

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related technical field (Required)

3+ Years Manufacturing (Required)

3+ Years Experience with Ignition, Python, SQL (Required)

Industrial automation and IT/OT knowledge.

Familiarity with WCM

Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve project goals. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $92,000 to $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,040 to $159,040. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
