How you create impact

Use material handling (MH) equipment to unload incoming materials from trailers.

Verify and receive materials into inventory.

Marks and inventories packages for storage or transit which may include palletizing and shrink-wrapping.

May be required to stack pallets and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.

Use MH equipment to move and store materials within the warehouse.

Use MH equipment to pick, verify and pack orders according to standard practice.

Use MH equipment or other designated means to load goods into trailers or other designated transport vehicles for distribution.

Works from pick sheet to pull product or supplies.

Check orders against pull sheets.

Maintain warehouse clean and free of debris at all times.

Adhere to local, State, and Federal regulations inclusive, but not limited, to OSHA, DOT, EPA and other government agencies.

Overtime as needed.

What we would like you to bring

1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment.

1+ years of experience prior experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Relevant certification required for handling any hazardous material(s).

Ability to load/unload materials onto or from vehicles utilizing a forklift, reach truck, hand pallet jacks for other smaller material handling equipment.

Strong organizational skills to manage products and maintain an efficient workflow.

Problem-solving skills: to handle logistical challenges and ensure timely delivery.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-SB1
